    Competition for reconstruction (or demolition and new building) for town hall with public spaces and library in small town.

    As bulding of old cinema would be technically too complicated to rebuild and layout didn't fit in new plan, decision for new building was made.

    Central atrium as gathering point and simple shape from exterior are the most significant features. And hope for nice environment inside...
