    Block of apartments on the spot enough free to try something different.

    Volume gradually stepped in order to achieve terraces for all of the apartments.

    Space created in "empty" space under them used for big over ground parking.

    Nice concept with maximum of volume used, however anyway not effective enough to cover the commercial need of developer, thus remained only on paper...
