Old house in bad technical conditions waiting for its developer. Location near Vyšehrad, on border of centre, but within housing function all around.
Developer wishing to have apartment hotel although masterplan says housing. And compromise of as small apartments as possible which can be rented as apartments.
Anyway not small enough to fit in developers business plan. Hopefully, nice apartments shall somebody once build inside, as house definitely deserves it...
