    Likable residential project on the edge of Rača - part of Bratislava known by its vineyards and hilly panorama.

    These factors were also significant for design of this project at first place.

    Set on the southern slope of Malé Karpaty mountains, under forests in calm environment, have been apartment blocks designed in pure form with decent colours.

    Efficient apartments layouts as an addition, have caused to fit this project within the most favourite and quickly sold, even in the time of the financial crisis peak.
