First designed as an addition to the adjacent old sport hall, which should have been reconstructed and for which the project was just being drawn, has this addition bit over-grown its origin.
Aimed to be the shopping mall with few offices and the ice-skating ring as an attraction, it has been step-by-step by visions of investor turned into ice-hockey and multi-purpose arena with mall around and high-rise office building as an visual accent.
Still in doubt if its pity or luck that this definitely brave project remained only as a vision...
